With the approval of your proposal, you’ll be invoiced for the deposit amount. Deposit amounts and due dates are dependent on the proximity to your trip as well as the partner your trip is booked through.

Due to the intricacies of travel and custom itineraries, proposals may take up to two weeks. Your patience and kindness mean the world as we bring your dream trip to life with a personal touch. 

How long does it typically take to receive a proposal for a custom itinerary?

Planning fees are non-refundable, and cancellation fees apply based on the service booked. Supplier-specific policies detailed in your quotes are enforced accordingly. I highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investments.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not work with individually managed properties to ensure quality. Instead, we offer vetted villas, apartments, and hotels that offer you a seamless stay and VIP benefits otherwise unavailable with a VRBO or AirBnB. 

Do you work with VRBO and/or AirBnB? 

Absolutely! I aim to enhance your experience with expert advice and personalized recommendations. Our collaboration ensures your journey reflects your vision while benefiting from insider knowledge. I do offer consultation calls at a rate of $75/hr to pick my brain! Inquire to learn more about this option.
